Cretex Industrial Park, LLC has submitted an application for Preliminary Plat of property in Cretex Industrial Park 1st Addition, located east of 70th Street and west of Stagecoach Road.
The site consists of 63 acres, and will include a new roundabout at Stagecoach Road. The developer is still working thru details regarding the lot configuration and the roundabout, which would require acquisition of land from microSource LLC/Gavilon Fertilizer, LLC, the property owner adjacent to the east of this project. Staff expect plans will be submitted in time for review at the Planning Commission December meeting. |
