The Concession Agreement allows the Shakopee Youth Hockey Association (SYHA) to operate the concession stand at the ice arena.  Concession services serves patrons, generates revenue, supports youth hockey in the community, and ultimately benefits the City of Shakopee.

SYHA pays the City 10% of GROSS revenues, obtains any necessary licenses or permits, and operates the stand during agreed upon hours throughout the season until March 15th, 2021.
