Cretex Industrial Park, LLC has submitted an application for Preliminary Plat of property in Cretex Industrial Park 1st Addition, located east of 70th Street and west of Stagecoach Road. Their proposal is to redevelopment this heavy industry zoned property, which requires a new plat submittal.

Presently, the applicant is working with a potential user of the site and are still developing detailed plans; therefore, they have requested a continuance of the public hearing to March 4, 2021.
