Massage Business License and Massage Therapist License for Andrea Zitzloff
Policy/Action Requested:
Approve a massage therapy business license and a massage therapist license to Andrea Zitzloff.
Recommendation:
Approve the above motion.
Discussion:

Andrea Zitzloff has applied for a massage therapy business license and massage therapist license at 1850 Sarazin Street. She will be providing massages to staff and resident's at St. Gertrude's Health & Rehab Center.

 

The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and has advised that it identified nothing that would prohibit the issuance of the licenses.
