Staff has included in the 2021 Capital Equipment Budget for SCBA equipment for the amount not to exceed $51,500. Fire Department staff is requesting to purchase 7 air packs, 8 cylinders, and 2 masks. The quoted cost of the equipment is $51, 483.

This purchase will be made through HGAC, a nationwide government procurement service that can be used by local units of government for equipment purchases. MES is an authorized vendor under this contract.
