The cardio equipment contract expires on March 25, 2021.  Staff has negotiated a new four year contract that life-cylce replaces existing equipment while maintaining current fee of $3,395.00 for future payments by paying a one time advance of $9,281.53 with the first monthly payment (covering increased cost of equipment due to inflation and improvements).

The contract provides warranty coverage for preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance and parts.

Staff will be planning an appropriate event to reveal and celebrate the new equipment.  Fit Floor will be shut down for a day to remove existing equipment and install new equipment.  Expected shipment date is 3-4 weeks from approval of the contract.
