Declare forfeited vehicle as surplus property and authorize disposal.
Recommendation:
Approve policy/action as requested.
Discussion:

The vehicle was obtained through successful forfeiture proceedings and are described as follows:

 

2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, VIN: 1J8GR48K75C648757

 

After being declared surplus, the vehicle will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be disbursed according to Minnesota State Statute.
