| | | | | | | | Discussion:
Canterbury Development, LLC, WSB & Associates, and the City of Shakopee have met over the past several months preparing the submittal of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the proposed Canterbury Commons project. This project involves the development of up to 856 residential units (700 apartment units and 156 townhomes), 93,000 square feet of commercial uses, and a 120-room hotel. Attached to this report is the EAW, comments received from reviewing agencies, a Record of Decision, Resolution No. 7918, and the proposed concept and development plan for the Council’s information. | | |
