City staff have received an application from Hy-Vee Inc. to sell tobacco products at Hy-Vee Gas located at 1421 Adams Street South. The application is in order. The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and learned of nothing that would prevent the issuance of a tobacco license. | | |
