The attached City Council Extra Meeting Pay Form has been updated to reflect current meetings attended by councilmembers. The following meetings have been removed from the original form:

169 Mobility Study Policy Advisory Committee

  Ad Hoc Committee Board

  Community Center Select Committee

  Derby Days

  Shakopee Public Utilities Liaison

The following meetings have been added by request:

  Racial Equity Team

  SCALE - Live Learn Earn Housing Committee

  SCALE - Live Learn Earn Transit Committee

In addition, the following clarifying language has been added: NOTE:  Only one meeting per day is authorized. If you have several meetings on one day, please only annotate your first meeting. Although the city does pay for all training and conference fees, extra meeting pay is not authorized.

It should be noted that this is just a draft that has been assembled with Council input. Council has the option to add/subtract or change this, and their guidelines regarding extra meeting pay, in any way.
