Factors used in determining when the useful life of equipment has been expended are ready for salvage include age, mileage, aesthetics, repair and maintenance costs, usability, safety, etc. The vehicles in the attached list range in age from 8 to 16 years old. The useful lives of these vehicles have been expended, and all vehicles have been replaced and are not currently in use. These vehicles are considered surplus property and are planned to be sold at auction. | | |
