1. Approve the quote from Juergens Builders LLC for the roof replacement, roof edge and facia in the amount of $8,400.00.
2. Approve the quote from Future City for the painting of the Gazebo in the amount of $12,764.00. | | |

Approval of the quotes and awarding the projects. | | |

The need for the roof replacement and painting of the gazebo on Levee Drive overlooking the river were identified and included in the 2017 Park Asset Fund. Two quotes were received for each item (see attached). The contractors have the capacity to perform the work and are considered responsible bidders. | | |

This project is included within the Park Asset Internal Service Fund budget in the amount of $20,000. The actual cost of the combined work amounts to $21,164.00, approximately 5.8 percent over budget ($1,164); however, there is adequate funding in the Park Asset Internal Service Fund as a result of savings on other budgeted projects. | | |
