KRB Development VIII LLC, has applied for the final plat of Whispering Waters First Addition. The preliminary plat of Whispering Waters contained a total of 134 single-family lots. The proposed Final Plat of the first addition would create 74 lots, mainly on the northern and eastern part of the site. The houses will be built by Key Land Homes, OneTenTen Construction and Brandl Anderson.

The applicant intends to install a temporary cul-de-sac on Waverly Avenue and have a temporary driveway between Water Street and Waters Edge Avenue. The temporary driveway would be removed when the adjacent property to the west develops. Outlots for ponding / drainage purposes will be deeded to the city.
