The City of Shakopee has applied to vacate a portion of right-of-way in the DCCO First Addition plat. The intent of this vacation is to clear up title issues in the area of the Seagate site. The area of the proposed vacation is a drive aisle and parking lot islands in the Seagate parking lot. The small area of Right-of-Way proposed to be vacated separates the Seagate site from properties owned by the City of Shakopee EDA. The attached resolution sets the public hearing for the vacation for the June 15, 2021 City Council meeting. | | |
