Pat Link of Link Construction has applied to vacate an existing drainage and utility easement along Jefferson Street in the area of the proposed Jefferson Court plat. The proposed right-of-way for the Jefferson Court cul-de-sac crosses this easement. This easement vacation is purely a housekeeping action. A new easement along Jefferson Street will be dedicated, but the new easement will not cross the cul-de-sac. | | |
