Pat and Nancy Link, representing Link Construction have applied for the final plat of Jefferson Court.

Jefferson Court is an 8-lot single-family home subdivision located on the vacant property adjacent to New Creation Church near the intersection of 10th Avenue West and Adams Street. The City Council approved the preliminary plat of Jefferson Court on February 16, 2021. The house styles are intended to be single-level villa homes.

Since February 21st, the applicant has revised the angled lot lines of a couple lots, which was a condition of preliminary plat approval. On June 15th the City Council will be reviewing a request to vacate a drainage and utility easement on this site, which was also a condition of approval of the preliminary plat. Staff are requiring that a sidewalk be constructed adjacent to Jefferson Street between 10th Avenue and the cul-de-sac and that a cash deposit be provided for the extension of a future sidewalk from the cul-de-sac to the south lot line of this site, which would be installed when a future sidewalk is constructed along Jefferson Street to 11th Avenue.
