Approve the resolution, as presented. At the June 10th Planning Commission meeting the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the vacation resolution. | | |

Pat and Nancy Link of Link Construction have applied for the vacation of certain drainage and utility easements within the proposed plat Jefferson Court. A condition of the approval of the Jefferson Court preliminary plat is for the applicant to vacate an existing drainage and utility easement on the site that is located in the existing plat Jackson View Addition. The applicant will be dedicating drainage and utility easements specific to the development of their site. | | |
