| | | | | | | | Discussion:
On August 18, 2020, City Council adopted Resolution R2020-096 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the Regional Stormwater Treatment BMP at County Government Center Lot A Project to S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc., of Jordan, Minnesota.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $243,568.86 with actual final costs of $259,892.89. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon accepting work with issuance of final payment to S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc., in the amount of $2,598.93. | | |
