Discussion:

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency staff will present an update on regional solid waste and landfills. The following topics have been identified to be discussed:

 

  • Metro area landfill expansion
  • Update of the Metro Solid Waste Policy Plan
  • Release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed expansion of the Burnsville Sanitary Landfill
  • Dem-Con facilities application
