The grant is Watershed Based Funding through the Board of Water and Soil Resources. The Scott Watershed Management Organization received the grant funding and partnered with the City of Shakopee for stormwater BMPs located at the 2021 Street and Utility Reconstruction Project and River Bluffs Improvements project.
