The city is modifying the Canterbury TIF Plan to better reflect what is actually happening on the site.  This includes the Triple Crown Apartments at 600 units, the new Pulte townhome development, the senior coop, a proposed active living community that the Commission should see in the fall and a new entertainment district on the eastern end.

These changes impact the actual Tax Increment Revenue.  Since the budget was completed more than four years ago, this will allow the city to update revenue and expense projections based on actual monies expended and project tax revenues based on actual uses.

The overall project continues to match the Comprehensive Plan in that it is a mixed use entertainment area. the Planning Commission will continue to see the changes as the Planned Unit Development is modified and the final uses are determined.
