Jerry Clark of TOKE LLC, applicant and property owner has applied for the vacation of a drainage and utility easements on four lots in Valley Park 15th Addition. The applicant is proposing to vacate easements and combine the four lots into one lot to allow for the construction of an approximately 104,000 square-foot building. The easements that are subject to this vacation request are perimeter easements adjacent to the lot lines of the existing lots. In order to construct a larger building, these easements must be vacated.

The proposed vacation and preliminary / final plat request will both be reviewed by the Planning Commission at the September 9th meeting. It is expected that both the plat and vacation request will be reviewed by the City Council at the September 21st City Council meeting, which is when the public hearing for the vacation is scheduled.
