The Council is asked to declare three forfeited vehicles as surplus property. | | |

If Council concurs, it is asked to declare the below described vehicles as surplus property. | | |

The following vehicles were obtained through successful forfeiture proceedings:
- 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, VIN: 1G1JC52F137386961
- 2004 Acura RL, VIN: JH4KA96624C002079
- 2006 Kia Optima, VIN: KNAGE124365030284
After being declared surplus, the vehicles will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be disbursed according to Minnesota State Statute. | | |
