Southside Liquors is in the process of being sold to a new owner. The new owner, Ho Chin Inc. dba South Side Liquor has made application for an off sale liquor, Sunday liquor and tobacco license located at 1667 17th Avenue.
The applications are in order and the Police Department has conducted the background investigation. The investigation has produced nothing that would prohibit the issuance of the licenses. | | |
