The committee is asked to review proposed dates for meetings in 2018 and adopt a schedule for meetings in 2018.
The typical date for meetings is the 4th Tuesday of the month. The draft schedule uses the 4th Tuesday except in December, where the 4th Tuesday is December 25th. The proposed alternate date is Thursday, December 27th.
