Paul Tabone, representing Lennar Homes has requested an amendment to the recently approved final plat of Ridge Creek Second Addition.
On December 5th the City Council approved the Final Plat of Ridge Creek 2nd Addition that is 28 lots. Lennar would like to add a 29th lot to this plat in the northeastern part of the site (Lot 1 on Waterlily Way, shown in red in revised plat drawing).
Waterlily Way was known as Willow Way in the Approved Plat. The street name was required to be changed prior to recording because of a similar street name in another subdivision. Any additional lots require City Council approval of a revised final plat.
The additional lot does not result in any changes to the other lots. The 29th lot is another lot that would have been platted in a later addition. As part of this request, Lennar would also like to request the ability to have a 2nd model home permit. City staff supports this request in the appropriate location within the subdivision. The draft resolution notes the approval of a 2nd model in the appropriate location.
