On March 16, 2021, City Council awarded a contract for the Quarry Lake Park Mountain Bike Trail Project to Pathfinder Trail Building.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $201,909.50 with actual final costs of $215,015.44. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to Pathfinder Trail Building in the amount of $2,150.16. | | |

The total final project amount is $262,325.37. This total amount includes the final construction cost of $215,015.44, material procurement costs of $19,949.13, and engineering/administration/legal costs amounting to $27,360.80.
