On March 2, 2021, City Council accepted the quotations and awarded a contract for the Fire Station #1 Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project to Minnesota Roadways Co., of Shakopee, MN.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $154,707.78 with actual final costs of $153,055.86. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to Minnesota Roadways Co., in the amount of $1,530.56. | | |

The total final project amount is $156,841.28. This total amount includes the final construction cost of $153,055.86 and engineering/administration/legal costs amounting to $3,785.42. This project is funded by the Building Internal Service Fund.
