2019 Sewer Service Lateral Pipe Rehabilitation and 2019 Cured-In-Place Sewer Pipe Lining Projects, SAN-19-003 and SAN-19-006.

On March 5, 2019, City Council adopted Resolution R2019-029 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the 2019 Sewer Service Lateral Pipe Rehabilitation and 2019 Cured-In-Place Sewer Pipe Lining Projects to Musson Bros, Inc., of Brookfield, WI. 

All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $607,338.25 with actual final costs of $579,046.00. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to Musson Bros, Inc., in the amount of $94,241.98.

The total final project amount is $662,953.28. This total amount includes the final construction cost of $579,046.00 and engineering/administration/legal costs amounting to $83,907.28. This project is funded by the Sanitary Sewer Fund. The following table provides a summary of the costs and funding comparing the estimated amounts based on bid award versus the final actual amounts.
