The vehicles were obtained through successful forfeiture proceedings and are described as follows:

- 2004 BMW 745, VIN: WBAGL63554DP74210
- 2006 Pontiac G6, VIN: 1G2ZG558X64207662
- 2009 Mitsubishi Galant, VIN: 4A3AB36F19E016927
- 2009 Nissan Versa, VIN: 3N1BC13E19L498483
After being declared surplus, the vehicles suitable for resale will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be distributed according to Minnesota State Statute. The vehicles unsuitable for resale will be junked. | | |
