On April 7, 2020, City Council adopted Resolution R2020-041 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the 2020 Bituminous Overlay Project to Molnau Trucking, LLC., of Norwood, Minnesota.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $1,482,285.75 with actual final contract costs of $1,360,509.58. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to Molnau Trucking, LLC., in the amount of $13,605.10. | | |

The total final project amount is $1,453,250.91. This project is funded by the Capital Improvement Fund, Shakopee Public Utilities, Sanitary Sewer Fund, and Storm Sewer Fund.
