Mark Kronbeck of Alliant Engineering has applied for a vacation of a drainage and utility easement on Lot 1, Block 1, Dean Lakes 8th Addition (see location map). The existing easement was intended for a public watermain loop around the proposed Trystar building. Since the Trystar building will not be constructed, the easement is no longer necessary. 

The Planning Commission will review this vacation request at the December 9th meeting. The public hearing and City Council review is scheduled for the December 21st City Council meeting.
