| | | | | | | | Recommendation: Approve Shakopee Brewhall request for Bockfest Event. | | |
| | | | | | | | Discussion: The Shakopee Brewhall is requesting four parking spaces to be barricaded and blocked off in front of the taproom for an activity called "beer poking". Beer poking is a method used to caramelize beer with a heated metal poking stick. They are also requesting the use of a portable firepit to be located within the barricaded area. The firepit will be used to heat the metal poking stick that will be used to caramelize the beer. Shakopee Brewhall staff will be the only ones performing the "beer poking". Customers will not have access. | | |
