On June 15, 2022, City Council adopted Resolution R2021-076 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the Red Oak Trail Project to Max Steininger, Inc., of Eagan, MN.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $178,795.88 with actual final costs of $176,166.80. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to Max Steininger, Inc. in the amount of $22,521.72. | | |
