The current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) includes the Quarry Lake Park Improvements. This project includes the design and construction of park roadway access improvements.

On June 2, 2020 City Council authorized a professional services agreement with Confluence to complete this work. AE2S is serving as a subconsultant to assist with design. Plans and specifications have been prepared for the park roadway improvements and are ready to solicit public bids to construct the improvements. Upon approval, the advertising and bidding will commence with a scheduled bid opening of spring 2022. Bids would then be considered and awarded with construction of the improvements scheduled for summer 2022.
