The city has received Wine and Sunday On Sale license applications from Jimmie's Old Southern BBQ, dba Old Southern BBQ, located at 8088 Old Carriage Court. The applications are in order and evidence of insurance has been provided.

The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and has advised that it identified nothing that would prohibit the issuance of the licenses. Final issuance of the licenses will be on the condition that all fees are paid in full and inspections have been performed and passed.
