The Shakopee Lions Club has made application for two temporary on-sale liquor licenses for a softball tournament at Tahpah Park on June 3 through June 5, 2022.

The Lions Club is requesting authorization to sell strong beer on Friday June 3 from 4 p.m.-10 p.m., Saturday June 4 from 8 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday June 6 from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at the main beer garden located at the main concession building at Fields 2, 3, and 4. This area will also be fenced and have proper signage. 

They are also requesting to sell strong beer on Saturday June 4 from 10a.m.- 8 p.m. at the beer garden located between fields 6 and 7. This area will also be fenced and have proper signage. 

The 10 p.m. hour is consistent with previous licenses issued to the Lions Club at Tahpah Park.
