The Quarry Lake Park Improvements project is identified in the 2022 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), see attached project summary sheet PR-21-006. Part of the project includes constructing restroom facilities at the park. A quote for the restroom was received from CXT, Inc., and is consistent with the pricing identified in Sourcewell Contract #081721-CXT. The quote, in the amount of $214,905.00, is attached to this memo. It should be noted that this quote is solely for the restroom building. Utility work, landscaping, and sidewalk and trail improvements needed to complete the restroom project will be constructed under a separate contract. | | |

Funding for the restroom is included in the 2022 Quarry Lake Park Improvements Project (PR-21-006), identified as $400,000 for building construction, and will be funded out of the Park Development Fund. The quote for the restroom is within the amount allocated for this specific improvement. | | |
