The pay of $50 per meeting for the BOAA/Planning Commission members has not changed in more than 10 years. Members are required to read through extensive packets of information, take public comment, and render decisions on cases. They make recommendations to the city council on planning cases and make final decisions on BOAA cases. The commission also reviews recommendations for the GreenSteps program. Staff is recommending that the per meeting pay be raised to $100. | | |
