On February 15, 2022, City Council approved a contract with H+U Construction for design and construction management services relating to the replacement of both existing roofing materials at the Public Works Facility and Fire Station #1, along with rooftop air handler units at the Public Works Facility (CIP projects BA-22-001, BA-21-002). Staff and H+U representatives have compiled preliminary specifications and are ready to proceed with an advertisement in order to obtain a contractor to complete the projects. 

If approved, the advertisements would be published throughout the rest of this month, sealed bids would be opened on a set date in May, and an award recommendation would likely come before council in June.
