Authorize the purchase and execution of a 3 years renewal to the original agreement for ESRI Software License in 2019. | | |

The city has been a user of the ESRI platform for many years and is currently using it for many of our critical daily functions in GIS. ESRI is our primary tool for GIS functionality and the plan to stick with this product is our current business direction. This 3 year license renewal is for $119,853 to be paid $39,951/year. | | |

Funding for the ESRI costs are proposed to come out of the Information Technology Internal Service Fund and is budgeted for on an annual basis. | | |
