Mallards Shak LLC. dba Mallards Restaurant has submitted applications for On-Sale and Sunday liquor licenses for a restaurant located at 180 N. Atwood Street. The applications are in order.

The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and has advised that it identified nothing that would prohibit the issuance of the licenses.

Inspections by the Building Department and Fire Department are still needed and will be completed prior to final issuance of the licenses.
