The city in cooperation with Shakopee Public Utilities is holding TAP2022, a beer innovation event that will feature more than 40 craft breweries from throughout the state of Minnesota.  This ticketed event requires the closure of the Lewis Street parking lot along with Second Avenue, Lewis Street and the allies adjacent to the Lewis Street parking lot.

The closure will be from 8AM until 5PM.  The event begins at Noon and ends at 4PM.  The early closure and 5PM opening allows for setup and takedown.

Several spaces will be taken up on Friday for a refrigerated trailer for ice and storage of tables and tents.

Police and Public Works have reviewed the layout.
