The Shakopee Lions is applying for a premises permit of gambling activities at the Mallard Shak LLC located at 180 Atwood Street. The permit will be issued by the State Gambling Control Board. When application is made, the board requires that the local unit of government pass a resolution specifically approving or denying the application. | | |
