For the last 15 years Laserfiche has been the city's document repository and long term file storage software licensed through OPG-3. Laserfiche is moving customers into a subscription model with a fuller range of offerings and eliminating user licensing limitations in the current model. The new model will allow for additional employees to have direct access to our system including seasonal and part-time employees. 

With the licensing subscription model and renewal Laserfiche is providing a $4,556 credit towards the first year of licensing of $35,000 with years 2 and 3 increasing by 3%. The first year total is $30,444, year 2 is $36,050, and year 3 will be approximately $37,200.
