Subject: Final Plat of Canterbury Southwest Third Addition


Policy/Action Requested: Adopt Resolution R2022-102


Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as presented.


Discussion: Applicant: Greystone Construction Property Address: 2801 Winner's Circle Drive Property Owner: Canterbury DBSV Development LLC Lot Area: 3.08 acres Current Zoning: Planned Unit Development (PUD) 2040 Comprehensive Plan: Entertainment Greystone Construction, has applied for the Final Plat of Canterbury Southwest Third Addition. The proposed final plat creates a 1.46 acre developable lot for the development of the restaurant / brewery that is also on the agenda at this City Council meeting. The second lot is an outlot that is intended for future development and will require final platting at a later date. The proposed final plat complies with the preliminary plat and the Canterbury Southwest PUD and staff recommends City Council approval of the proposed final plat.
