Staff has been working with our two outside attorneys on restructuring the River City Centre agreements. The CDA has on its agenda to approve the assignment to the EDA. Suntide has also notified tenants that they will no longer be taking rents and managing the property. Staff will have additional feedback to share at the meeting from our outside counsel and the Kraus Anderson on costs. |
