Mr. Tim Hagen has applied for a taxicab business and a taxicab driver's licenses. He has held a taxicab drivers license as a driver for TNT Taxi for the past nine and half years. 

When the police department received the application forms they found that he did not disclose a DWI from 1985 on his application. The policy is that his application would be denied for this omission.

Administrative staff believes that he disclosed this information on his original application which allowed him to work in our community for the past nine and half years. However, his original application was not located.
