Discussion:
The Quarry Lake Park Master Plan includes a unique playground that serves residents across the City. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board reviewed two concepts for the playground at their last meeting and provided feedback that resulted in the final design.
This quote is to purchase the playground equipment before prices increase. A second contract will be brought to the City Council at a later date which will include all of the site work needed for the playground.
The Minnesota State Contract was used to identify a qualified contractor to solicit a quote. A quote was received from St. Croix Recreation Fun Playgrounds, Inc., in the amount of $146,158.75 and will be verified as consistent with the pricing identified in State Contract.
