On July 6, 2021, City Council adopted Resolution R2021-105 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the Jennifer Lane Park Project to BKJ Land Co. II, Inc. dba BKJ Excavating ("BKJ Excavating"), of Jordan, Minnesota.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $178,174.86 with actual final contract costs of $202,431.06. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to BKJ Excavating, in the amount of $2,024.32. | | |
